This website has been around in some form or another since 1998, when its owner was only 17 years old. It started out as a page on Geocities and then moved to the domain “ihatefreddurst.net” – when ihatefreddurst.com became available, we snagged that, migrated over, and have been here ever since. In the last 11 years, we have been through at least five webhosts, seven design overhauls, over a dozen contributors, millions of visitors, and countless mentions & interviews from media outlets worldwide. One thing has remained constant, though: we can’t stand Fred Durst.
We’ve collected all the relevant – and slightly irrelevant – tidbits from over the years and re-posted them in the Site News Archives. It’s not very organized (we may work on that soon), but it does contain the jumping off point for why this site has endured for over a decade… even if it isn’t updated as frequently as it used to be. However, that too may change in the near future, since Limp Bizkit are back together and touring once again. In the meantime, though, please feel free to peruse the archives and get a laugh at the expense of the most ridiculous harbinger of the death of rock & roll to exist thus far.
